Terms of service.

Welcome to TidyPig Cleaning LLC. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment

    • Booking does not guarantee a service until we confirm it.

    • A temporary hold will be placed on the card you provide five days before your scheduled service. Payment will only be processed after your cleaning has been completed.

    • Payments are processed through Stripe on the day of service.

    2. Services and Contractors

    • TidyPig works with independent contractors, not employees. We are not liable for their conduct beyond what’s reasonably expected in a professional service.

    • Cleaners provide their own supplies unless otherwise agreed.

    • TidyPig Cleaning applies a minimum service charge of $130 per visit. This charge allows us to cover the time, supplies, and attention to detail required to deliver consistently high-quality service. Our minimum ensures every client receives a visit from a fully vetted, professional cleaner and is protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

    • A $15 fee will be applied for each pet (including cats, dogs, or other haired animals) that lives in the home or spends time in the home. This fee helps cover the additional time and supplies needed for thorough removal of pet hair and related cleaning requirements, ensuring our high standards are maintained for every client.

    3. Customer Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information and access on cleaning day (keys, codes, etc.)

    • Secure pets and ensure a safe work environment

    • Notify us of special items or areas requiring care

    4. Cancellations, Delays, and Lockouts

    • Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 fee

    • Lockouts or failure to provide access on cleaning day will result in a $50 fee

    • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service due to health, safety, or unreasonable conditions

    5. Limitations of Liability

    • We are insured for accidental damage caused by cleaners

    • We are not responsible for:

      • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

      • Mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous conditions

      • Damage caused by client-provided products or tools

    6. Refund Policy

    • No refunds, but we will re-clean if notified within 24 hours of the service

    7. Non-Solicitation

    • Customers may not directly hire TidyPig contractors outside of our platform for 12 months following their last service

    8. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

    • You agree not to misuse our site (no hacking, scraping, spamming, or illegal activity)

    • You’re responsible for keeping your account secure

    9. Intellectual Property

    • All content on our website is owned by or licensed to TidyPig and protected by law

    10. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia

    11. Changes

    • We may change these Terms at any time; continued use of our services implies acceptance
